How Keystone advertises they have larger lots

Area in square feet equals width X Lenght. Eveywhere on earth except at Keystone Hgt's RV Resort. Keystone RV measures area width of a diagonal cut in pavement by lenght. An 80 ft. X 16 ft. pad = 1280 square feet. Keystone RV measures things differently. If you cut a diagonal line at the end of a Keystone RV pad and measure area as Lenghth X diagonal cut equals area (The Keystsone Cut) the 1280 square foor lot is now 1600 square feet. Like magic 320 square feet were added. It's a miracle! The Reality is the lot has less than 1280 square feet because of the diagonal cut. The Lenght is shorter because lots have diagonal cuts. See that at any other RV Resorts?

Don't fall for Keystone's 'Deals' to extend your annual membership! The Resort is owned by Frontline Insurance, a company which has numerous Bad-Faith complaints.

About 3 years ago, Frontline's Keystone Heights RV Park changed to an adults only park with no notice to residents.
Previouly, it was restricted to '55 and over'. Several people who had just days before, signed multi-year annual memberships, protested and wanted out, telling managment "THAT'S NOT WE SIGNED UP FOR", That did not help. BEWARE! Never forget who you are dealing with!

Vinnie's Place

Okay, now that we have converted from a 55+ park to an any age adult park, let's do somethings to make it attractive to younger people. First thing, is to encourage partying and drinking. We don't have a liquor license, SO, lets incorporate a beverage company to bring in drinks! Enter Keystone Heights Beverage, LLC. What a co-ink-e-dink! The address of the company is the same as Keystone Heights RV Resort and the manager is none other than Vincent Esson. Nobody will ever figure that one out! Plus, you don't have any trained bartenders, so you don't have to comply with things like over-serving people and cutting off customers. That legal stuff is for legitimate bars.
